Certificate Verification – Why It Matters
All Contingency Training certificates include a unique Cert#. Verify authenticity in seconds here to confirm validity, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance.

All HSI eCards have to be verified on HSI's website. To verify an HSI eCard
Employers and credentialing boards can quickly verify certifications:

  1. Go to HSI's Quality Assurance page

  2. Select the Validate a card.

  3. Input First and Last Name, Validation Code. Click submit.

Validation is only available for the certification cards of updated version of HSI training programs released after January 1st, 2022

All AHA eCards have to be verified on AHA website. To verify an American Heart Association eCard

Employers and credentialing boards can quickly verify certifications:

  1. Go to the AHA certification verification page.

  2. Select the “Employer” tab.

  3. Input up to 20 eCard codes (one per line) to verify certifications.

OSHA OTI Card verifications have to be done at the OSHA Card Portal. To verify an OSHA 10hr, 30hr or Authorized Instructor card:

  1. Go to the  OSHA Card Portal.

  2. Enter Full Name as on card

  3. Enter Card Number as shown.
