This Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between Contingency Training, LLC ("Provider") and the Client regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information. -

Personal Data Provided by Client: Name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, contractor or employee details, course enrollment information, payment details (processed securely via third-party providers), and certificate-related data (including student name, Cert#, issue/expiry dates, instructor).
b. Certificate Verification Data: Certificate details (e.g., student name, company, course type, dates, Cert#, instructor) are intentionally made publicly accessible via the verification portal when a valid Cert# is entered. This design enables employers, regulators, authorized parties, or individuals to confirm training authenticity.
c. Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time and duration of visits, referral sources (via tools such as Google Analytics).
d. Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies for performance insights. Non-essential cookies may be disabled via browser settings or our cookie consent banner. -
How We Use Your Information
a. To process enrollments, bookings, and payments for training services.
b. To issue, manage, and verify training certificates.

Public Certificate Verification
Certificate details entered into the verification portal are displayed publicly for authenticity purposes only. No additional personal data is collected during verification searches, and no login or account is required. Provider does not log or store individual verification queries beyond standard server logs. -

a. Provider does not sell personal information to third parties.

b. Correction: Request updates to inaccurate or incomplete information.
c. Deletion: Request removal of personal data, subject to exceptions (e.g., public certificate records required for verification integrity, legal retention obligations).
d. Opt-Out: Disable non-essential cookies or withdraw consent where applicable.

Children's Privacy
