At Contingency Training, our HAZMAT Emergency Response Awareness course is designed to equip workers with the foundational knowledge needed to recognize and respond safely to hazardous materials (HAZMAT) incidents. Aligned with OSHA’s Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) standards (29 CFR 1910.120(q)), this course is ideal for employees who may encounter HAZMAT incidents but are not directly involved in cleanup or mitigation, such as first responders at the awareness level, facility staff, or support personnel.
